This week I had the chance to speak in the Dáil about Mental Health services in Ireland. This was a speech I was planning to make in April, but unfortunately the session was adjourned before I had time to address the sitting.

Today I noted that it has been ten years since the Vision for Change Report which is a report by an expert group on Mental Health policy, and states each citizen should have access to local, specialized & comprehensive men…tal health services provision that is of the highest standard.
